3 WAYS TO FILL THE PAGES OF YOUR JOURNAL
Happy new month! Today’s is a journaling inspiration post to help you use up some of the pages in your notebooks and journals.
USE JOURNAL PROMPTS OR CHALLENGES
Journal prompts take a lot of the pressure off, when you can’t seem to think of anything to write about. This month I am challenging myself to Kyra’s 30 Journal Prompts for Personal Growth and am pretty excited to put my bullet journal to better use this way. I’ll be sharing my pages on my Instagram (@love.becomes.her) in hopes that it’ll hold me more accountable. The prompts aren’t too tough but will get the juices pumping and get any writing rust off.
GRATITUDE JOURNAL PAGE
Journaling about what you are grateful for is an easy one I go to again and again. A lot of my journaling is due to stress or something I am anxious about so it’s nice to be able to flip the page and read about all of the things that are going well. It’s humbling and always helps me get a little perspective.

CURRENTLY JOURNAL PAGE
I shared on of these on my Instagam last week and got a couple messages about it. I have tons of stamps featuring current event words like “loving” or “reading” or “eating” and my journal is my favorite place to use them. You can obviously just write out the titles too. Here are few ideas to get you started:
- Liking
- Loving
- Listening to
- Reading
- Seeing
- Watching
- Smelling
- Walking/Riding
- Enjoying
- Hating
Bonus: Any of you moms/caregivers might also like to do a Currently Journal Page for your little ones (or pets)! I put mine in our baby album but I plan to continue so we can look back on lots of the things she enjoys over the years.
I’ve got a few more ideas brewing so I will have a continuation to this post coming up soon.
