LBH gladly accepts returns and exchanges.

I personally quality check and package every order in order to be sure that you receive the highest quality product.

I strive for very concise product descriptions and accurate color in product photos so that you can be assured of what you are ordering. If you need to confirm specifics (sizing, colors, etc.) you may always email me before completing your purchase.

Terms

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Ship item(s) back within: 14 days of delivery

Only items that arrive defective or damaged are eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lovebecomesher.com to start the process. Some items may no longer be available. Exchanges should be sent to: 46-036 Kamehameha Highway #621, Kaneohe, HI, 96744, United States.

Custom work, personalized items, digital products, and sale items are final sale.
