This Shipping Policy describes how your order is processed and shipped to you when making a purchase from www.lovecomesher.com.

PROCESSING TIMES

Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from Hawaii and can sometimes take longer than most are used to, which is why tracking is always available.

You will receive email updates along the way. Should processing your order take longer than the average 1-3 business days I will reach out to you directly via email.

Effective January 22, 2022 all orders will ship out either on Tuesday or Friday. Please email me or add a note to your order if you need it shipped out sooner, I will try my best to accommodate this.

Once packages are with carriers control of delivery is out of my hands. I will work with you to monitor and track but I cannot control ship times. Please choose the shipping option that works best for you.

ECO-FRIENDLY SHIPPING

ALL OF YOUR PACKAGING IS CURBSIDE RECYCLABLE

I work hard to find earth-friendly options for products and packaging at LBH. I hope you will join me in committing to looking for recycled and recyclable options first.

Everything I use to package your order is curbside recyclable, down to the shipping label. Most of the items are also made form recycled materials. If you're really curious, I wrote a blog post about everything I use (links included) to ship out orders here.

That said, I know that things out of our control can sometimes happen. Should your order arrive water damaged, please feel free to email me at orders@lovebecomesher.com if need be.

PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING

The majority of what I offer in shop is plastic free. Currently the only plastic item is the top to our greeting card box sets. If you are comfortable with it, I am happy to tie the box up with string instead! Please leave a note on your order and simply list "plastic free" for me.
